In Norconsulting we are currently looking for a System Analyst to join us in India in a freelancer opportunity for a major Banking organization.Duration : long term Location : India, Remote Rate : 120 USD/day (around 2400 USD per month) Type of assignment: Full-time (8h/day, Monday to Friday)Minimum 5+ years’ hands-on experience in system analysis, requirement elucidation and documentation, preferably in the finance domain Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence,). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
