Location:INDIA, Remote (100% Work from Home) Work Hours:8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST (U.S. Time Zone Alignment) Employment Type:Full-time Compensation:Based on experience Start Date:ImmediateResponsibilities Support the full U.S. residential mortgage lifecycle from loan application to post-closing, under the supervision of licensed U.S. loan officers Review and organize borrower documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with loan program guidelines Accurately calculate and document income for W-2 and self-employed borrowers (including P&L, 1099, and bank statement analysis) Perform pre-approval file checks and assist U.S. loan officers in preparing files for underwriting Coordinate internally with the U.S. team to collect and review third-party documents such as CPLs, wire instructions, preliminary title reports, and fee sheets from title/escrow Prepare and submit loan packages for FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QM products through approved lender portals, as directed by U.S. loan officers Understand and apply knowledge of wholesale and non-correspondent lending channels (backend support only) Provide documentation support for Non-QM loans, including DSCR, bank statement programs, and 1099-only borrowers Track and follow up with loan officer on outstanding conditions and documentation through closing Liaise internally to ensure timely document generation and post-closing package review (no borrower-facing communication) Ensure ongoing compliance with investor, lender, and U.S. regulatory documentation standards (support-only role) Maintain strict adherence to company policies and U.S. data privacy regulations (e.g., GLBA), ensuring secure handling of borrower nonpublic information (NPI) Collaborate with U.S.-based team members, title/escrow agents, and vendors through internal systems and secure platformsQualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Previous experience with US mortgage loan processing
