Job Description• Quality Monitoring: - Assist in the monitoring of transactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.• Conduct regular audits and evaluations of transactional processes. Along with Ops Managers, conduct RCAs & define CPAs to mitigate slippage of errors .Drive ‘Reduction in Customer Comebacks.• Data Analysis: - Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.• Process Improvement: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements in transactional processes.• Contribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance methodologies.• Training Support: - Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.• Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related inquiries.• Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all transactional quality processes comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.QualificationsAny Graduate/PG/MBA.• Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience in Travel Quality Assurance within a TMC or Corporate travel company• Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
