Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules—specifically Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), and Procurement Cloud—to support a leading client in optimizing their end-to-end supply chain processes within Oracle Cloud ERP. This role is focused on production support, requiring hands-on configuration, issue resolution, and close coordination with business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Purchasing, and Order Management.Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across procurement, inventory control, and order fulfillment workflows.Configure system setups including document types, approval hierarchies, sourcing rules, and supplier parameters.Support UAT planning, test execution, and validation for new features, enhancements, and patch updates.Troubleshoot and resolve SCM-related production issues, ensuring timely turnaround and minimal business disruption.Assist with data migration, cutover activities, and reconciliations for item masters, suppliers, POs, and sales orders.Deliver end-user training and documentation to support successful system adoption and change management.Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions (PaaS), and reporting using tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI/ADFDI.Maintain consistent client communication and resolve 10–15 incidents per week, including urgent operational issues in real-time.Requirements8+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP SCM Functional Consultant, with demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Inventory, PO, OM, and Procurement modules.In-depth understanding of supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, supplier collaboration, and order fulfillment.Proven experience in functional configuration, approval workflows, and business rule definitions in SCM modules.Hands-on exposure to data migration tools (FBDI/ADFDI), reconciliation processes, and reporting strategies.Experience supporting integrations with logistics, vendor, or WMS systems is preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently, prioritize production support tickets, and handle high-pressure client environments.
