Check out our 4.8 rating on Glassdoor and read what Enate employees have to say.Job descriptionAs a Senior Solutions Consultant at Enate, you will be pivotal in helping clients understand and implement Enate's business process orchestration and automation solutions. You will work closely with our sales, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary technical and business contact for prospective clients. Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client needs and business processes.Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions.Develop and present tailored software solutions to meet client needs.Collaborate with product development teams to customise solutions as needed.Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.Assist in the planning and execution of solution implementation.Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.Develop and maintain client requirements, solution designs, and implementation plan documentation.Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.7-9 years in a software industry solutions consulting, pre-sales, or implementation role.Proven experience in business process management, workflow automation, or similar technologies.Proficiency with business process management (BPM) tools and automation technologies.Ability to create technical documentation and process workflows.Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.Skills:Expertise in Working with REST APIs:Proficiency in designing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful web services to ensure seamless communication between systems.Ability to integrate APIs with tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere for automation and workflow management.Experience handling API authentication (OAuth, API keys) and error handling for robust integration.JSON understanding:Ability to debug and optimise JSON data exchange for performance and accuracy in integrations.HTML and CSS knowledge:Proficiency in HTML and CSS is required for building and styling user interfaces and ensuring a responsive and user-friendly design.Knowledge of middleware solutions for integration is a plus:Familiarity with middleware platforms like SnapLogic is advantageous for integrating diverse systems and streamlining workflows.This role may require travel to client sites or Enate offices for meetings, workshops, or other program-related activities.
