The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to data integrity. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of our data, which supports various critical business functions.Core Responsibilities• Accurately input data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, electronic files, online forms) into the company database and computer systems. • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Maintain data integrity by adhering to established data entry procedures and quality standards. • Organize and file documents after data entry. • Generate reports and summaries as needed. • Assist with other administrative tasks as required. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Identify and report any data entry errors or inconsistencies. • Stay updated on new data entry procedures and software.Education Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related fieldTechnical Skills and ExperienceSoftware Proficiency:• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Proficiency in using data entry software and database systems. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). • Good organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Software Knowledge:• MS OfficeExperience:• 0-3 years of experience in data entry or similar roles.Psychosocial Skills /Human Skills/Behavioural Skills• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ideas and run with them from concept to conclusion.• Technical understanding of clean energy business processes• Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with superiors, peers, partners, and other stakeholders.• Excellent interpersonal skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
