With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Team Leader, cash collection, to manage and reconcile rider cash deposits. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in deposit tracking, enforce compliance, and work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.Monitor and verify all cash deposits made by riders through Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) and track corresponding User bank Transfer (UBT) entries.Highlight and escalate incorrect UBTs or deposit errors; enforce penalties for repeat offenders to maintain financial discipline.Engage with store Leads/Points of Contact (PoCs) to collect Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for riders with high Cash on Delivery (CoD) balances.Collaborate with the cash team to perform timely adjustments to rider balances in case of mismatches.Conduct daily reconciliation of deposits to ensure accuracy, reduce rider CoD, and resolve pending UBTs promptly.What you'll need:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in cash handling, reconciliation, or financial operations.Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial systems/tools.Experience in logistics, delivery, or fintech industries is a plus.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
