Role: Lead UX DesignerLocation: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, KolkataExperience: 8+ YearsShift Timing: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST7+ years of relevant experience as a UX/UI designer, interaction designer, information architect, software/graphic designer, or similar role. Demonstrable expertise in industry standard design and prototyping tools and frameworks such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CS/CC, and AxureExperience designing responsive user experiences that people can access on any type of device, desktop, tablet, phone. Working knowledge of implementing ADA accessibility compliance standards as part of the design deliverables Experience in executing moderated and unmoderated user testing phases to encourage data driven design approach. Familiarity with AB testing, impression testing is desirable Attention to detail and passion of creative visual designs A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience creating great user-centered design solutions that have moved the needle commercially or in terms of customer satisfaction. Working knowledge of essential front-end technologies - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frameworks like bootstrap, google material design is a strong plus. Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designsComprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practicesStrong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture and designAbility to define patterns and advocate for consistency, without repressing inspiration or inhibiting innovationAbility to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environmentExperience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standardsDemonstrated visual design expertise; capacity for creating fun, highly usable designs and layouts, and a propensity towards simplificationAbility to create functional prototypes in HTML, JavaScript, CSSExperience with agile/scrumUX certifications are a huge plus (NNG, HFI etc.)
