The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals across various roles in the US market. This role demands a deep understanding of technical roles, the ability to build strong candidate pipelines, and familiarity with the US hiring process, including tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, etc.).Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the US.Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, social media, and networking to find suitable candidates.Understand job requirements and technical skills related to various roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, communication, availability, and work authorization.Negotiate salary rates and close candidates on the position.Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs and project requirements.Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and job information.Stay up to date with current hiring trends and market demands.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.1-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment (can vary depending on level).Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).Familiarity with different work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, etc.).Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruitment environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work US time zones (EST/CST/PST – specify if necessary).Experience with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.) is a plus.
