Join our multidisciplinary CR Digital team as we lead clients to achieve operational excellence through developing a deep understanding of their business and, based on that understanding, leverage technology, innovation, and automation to glean insights and maximize efficiencies.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Design, create report specifications, develop, and test reports and other analytic tools using different Yardi functionality/report writing applications and other 3rd party tools, as necessary.Design and create interfaces and integrations in/out of Yardi using Yardi-provided tools, APIs, and other 3rd party applications as necessary.Partner with client stakeholders to understand reporting/analytic needs and gather reporting requirements.Work with stakeholders, business people, and internal project team to understand business needs, interpret information and reporting requirements, develop reports/analytics, and perform testing on customized technology platforms and ERP systems.Provide subject matter expertise based on prior experience.Analyze and solve day-to-day challenges with data and analytics/reporting systems, including researching data and systems issues, resolving and/or prioritizing issue resolution, proactively identifying data quality issues and supporting solution identification, and reviewing system performance; identify and recommend improvements specific to commercial and residential real estate.Collaborate with end-users to gather functional and technical requirements and ensure proper testing/validation.Evaluate client needs and develop specifications for software configuration, reporting, and implementation.Identify, analyze, test, and document information for report development in multiple reporting applications.Test, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system processes.Provide consulting assistance on each project through all phases to ensure a successful project: from initiation/planning through execution/delivery.Work with all team members and project stakeholders on the plan, roles, constraints, milestones, and critical path.Actively listen to client needs and provide direction as needed.Ability to work both independently and in teams.YOUR EXPERIENCESuccessful Candidates will have:3-5 years of proven experience designing and developing reports, analytics, interfaces, APIs, and other data management tools/applications in Yardi Voyager.Experience w/ Yardi application development, administration, and support.Working knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile / Scrum development methodologies.Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, including heavy experience with Microsoft SQL Server, stored procedures, triggers, and indexes.Report development experience with Yardi’s scripting engine and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with proficiency in analyzing business and functional requirements.Ability to define project scope and technical specifications, set clear goals and expectations, prioritize activities, facilitate the collection of technical, operational or business requirements, set milestones and follow through to successful completionBachelor’s degree required.Masters’ degree a plus but not required.Significant experience in one or more core modules within Yardi Systems. Modules include Commercial Management, Residential Management, Affordable, Senior Housing, Construction/Job Cost, General Ledger/Accounting, Maintenance, Budgeting and Forecasting, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Accounts Payable.Demonstrated experience in building strong customer relationships.Negotiation, conflict management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, organizational and time management skills.Strong MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS ProjectStrong Lucid skills
