Job Description

The Digital Media Planner/Buyer needs to show proficiency across digital channels combined with media planning and buying experience while understanding digital's role within a client’s total marketing/media approach. The role covers management of multiple campaign phases from planning through reporting while ensuring client expectations are met. Candidates should show attention to detail while demonstrating project management capabilities and organizational skills along with analytical thinking and strong communication abilities in client and team interactions. The candidate should possess a strong interest in learning about Customer Data Platforms which become crucial for adapting to environments where third-party cookie usage is quickly declining.Experience Requirements: Experienced in overseeing paid social media campaigns which operate across Facebook Business/Ads, Twitter Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms.It requires efficient handling of programmatic media campaigns using one or multiple DSPs including TradeDesk and Basis. ), making recommendations, optimizations, pacing management and reporting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Understand the appropriate timing as well as the rationale for implementing various targeting methods including behavioral targeting along with contextual targeting and demographic targeting together with lookalike audiences as well as cross-device targeting plus retargeting.Team members need fundamental understanding of traditional media while being capable of discussing the strategic collaboration between digital and traditional media platforms.The candidate should demonstrate expertise in media planning and buying platforms like Media Ocean and Advantage.Proficiency with website analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.Execution of pixel implementation and conversion tracking strategies across tag management and media platforms.Prospective candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in either Business or Communications fields including Marketing, Advertising, Finance or Business Administration.Meticulous and detail-oriented. Demonstrated skill in using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.An excellent communicator (written and verbal). A minimum of one year experience with a media planning and buying agency.The candidate should demonstrate team-oriented proactivity and a readiness to help team members whenever necessary.The skill to handle multiple tasks at once within a technology-driven fast-paced setting.The person should demonstrate analytical thinking along with quick troubleshooting skills and independent problem-solving capabilities.PLUSES: Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms together with experience in analyzing data and understanding how to align media tactics within customer journey stages.Responsibilities: Managing multi-media campaigns across platforms for clients including but not limited to: You will plan, purchase and negotiate digital paid social media advertising campaigns which include display ads and video content along with native and mobile ads.Optimize digital campaigns through collaboration with media partners and ad tech providers to boost performance levels.The delivery of creative assets through Google Campaign Manager or through an alternative ad server.Explore the newest developments in digital media and ad technology to find market-leading solutions.Extract media pacing data and evaluate it using KPI benchmarks.This position requires handling daily digital media planning and campaign management while optimizing strategies for designated clients.Offer digital media choices accompanied by justifying explanations and different perspectives.Adjust the campaign strategy and tactics to achieve maximum results while guaranteeing that client objectives are fulfilled.Incorporate CDPs into digital media strategies and create digital media plans that align with customer journey stages.Articulate the connection between data analysis and media strategy development through the use of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).Stay up-to-date about third-party cookies' reduced usage implications while evaluating different vendor methods and understanding CDP functionality.Leverage existing research findings to guide decisions for both media strategy and tactics.Oversee digital media budgets and ensure all invoices are reconciled properly and on time.Actualize media flowcharts. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday
