Hi Everyone,We have an urgent opening for Senior Java Software Engineer.Arcserve Cloud Console provides a unified, cloud-based management interface with access to robust technologies that allow businesses to backup and immediately restore access to critical data. Arcserve Cloud Console eliminates the need for multiple tools, vendors and management consoles.Job OverviewThis position is responsible for developing software applications for Arcserve Cloud Console. Provide complex code modification, testing and debugging tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Spring Boot applications using Java programming language.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and apply them to improve the quality and performance of applications.Write and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of code.Work with databases and data structures to store, retrieve, and manipulate data.Implement security measures to protect applications from potential threats and vulnerabilities.Document technical specifications, user manuals, and other relevant documentation to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.Skills and experienceStrong proficiency in Java programming languageExperience with Spring Boot frameworkKnowledge of RESTful web services and API developmentFamiliarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQLUnderstanding of software development principles and methodologiesAbility to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other developers and stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred EducationBachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline.
