Role: Telecaller/Telemarketing ExecutiveDepartment: Sales / Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Location: PuneWork Mode: Work from Office (Mon to Sat)About Role:The job role is for customer engagement, lead generation, and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential customers for business generation and building.Key Responsibilities:1. Outbound Calling:o Contact prospective customers to explain car models, features, and offers.o Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or website inquiries.o Schedule test drives and appointments for sales consultants.2. Inbound Handling:o Answer customer queries related to pricing, financing, availability, etc.o Redirect calls to the relevant department (sales, service, finance).3. Customer Relationship Management:o Update and maintain customer database (CRM software).o Conduct satisfaction calls post-purchase or post-service.o Notify customers about service reminders, insurance renewals, etc.4. Lead Conversion:o Persuade potential customers to visit the showroom.o Share promotional offers or exchange deals to encourage buying.5. Reporting & Coordination:o Provide daily/weekly reports of calls made and results achieved.o Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams.Key Skills Required:• Excellent communication skills in local language & English/Hindi.• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.• Basic knowledge of automobiles and dealership products.• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft O
