Location:Candidates must be based in Bengaluru, Pune or Hyderabad, and be open to working onsite 5 days per month (once a month).Overview:We are seeking an experienced Workday Data Consultant with a strong focus on data conversion. The ideal candidate will have proven, hands-on Workday implementation experience and deep expertise in data migration, mapping, transformation, and validation across multiple Workday modulesKey Responsibilities:Lead and support end-to-end data conversion activities as part of a Workday implementation.Design, build, test, and validate data loads into Workday using Workday EIBs, iLoads, Workday Studio, and other tools.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze legacy data, map it to Workday structures, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Coordinate mock data loads and support the client during testing phases (SIT, UAT, Parallel Runs).Troubleshoot data issues and ensure timely resolution.Maintain detailed documentation of data conversion processes and mapping specifications.Required Experience:5+ years of hands-on Workday data conversion experience within full-cycle implementation projects.Expertise in Workday EIBs, iLoads, Excel, XML, and data transformation tools.Strong understanding of Workday HCM data models (additional Finance data knowledge is a plus).Experience working with large data sets and reconciling complex data across multiple sources.Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with both technical and functional stakeholders.Additional Criteria:Must be available full-time (not engaged on any other project).Max 1-month notice period.Long-term opportunity, starting with a 3-month initial contract (probation period).Must work in IST time zone.
