Full Stack EngineerNoida 62 (2-3 days onsite)Client is seeking a passionate and talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our fast- growing engineering team. You will work on designing and delivering scalable, high- performing software solutions in the healthcare communication space using modern technologies including Node.js, React, MongoDB, MySQL, RabbitMQ and Serverless architecture hosted on Oracle Cloud. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend). Work on real-time and asynchronous systems using RabbitMQ for event-driven communication. Build and maintain scalable microservices and serverless functions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Design schemas and optimize queries in MongoDB and MySQL databases. Ensure API performance, security, and reliability for internal and external integrations. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ship high-quality features and enhancements. Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions with minimal downtime. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Solid experience with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong database skills with MongoDB and MySQL. Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems. Hands-on experience building and deploying applications on Oracle Cloud or similar cloud platforms like Azure, GCP. Familiarity with Serverless computing (e.g., Functions as a Service, API Gateway). Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth2/JWT, and secure web development practices. Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.). Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or Kafka. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi). Monitoring and observability using DataDog, Grafana, or similar tools. Exposure to healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
