Today, we’re expanding our focus to include technology and digital skills, ensuring that girls learn to code, build with technology, and navigate the internet safely and powerfully.Website: The Role: Technology Teaching FellowWe are hiring Technology Teaching Fellows to work directly with girls in Government Schools, delivering engaging, hands-on lessons that introduce them to coding, digital making, artificial intelligence, and online safety.Your job will be to teach on-site, bringing technology to life through real-world projects and problem-solving. You'll work through our story-led tech curriculum using laptops, tablets, coding games, and interactive tools. Each day, you’ll help girls imagine, design, and build tech solutions for the world around them.This is a field-based role—you must be present in schools to deliver sessions, build trust, and guide learning in real time.ResponsibilitiesTeach coding fundamentals (using Scratch, HTML/CSS, app builders, and other beginner tools)Introduce girls to new technologies, including robotics, AI concepts, and digital storytellingFacilitate online safety sessions covering privacy, consent, cyberbullying, and responsible tech useMaintain attendance and session reports, write short field updatesTrack student progress and assist with documentation of project outcomesAdapt lessons to school settings, teaching indoors or outdoors as neededIdeal CandidatePassionate about teaching technology to first-generation learnersExperienced in coding or tech education, or deeply curious and willing to learn fastConfident in classroom facilitation and hands-on teaching with digital toolsSkilled at engaging students with humor, empathy, and clarityFluent in English and the local languageComfortable using mobile and web platforms for logging sessions and sharing contentCreative, grounded in reality, and driven to make technology inclusiveHow to ApplyPlease email mail@ with:Your statement of purpose: why this role, why nowYour CVYour current location and last drawn salaryYour preferred engagement type (full-time, part-time, or per session)We’re building a future where girls don’t just use technology—they shape it.
