Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing new business with US clients.Build relationships with Staffing Firms, RPOs, and TA leaders.Understand client pain points and position Curately.AI as a trusted hiring solution.Deliver compelling product demos and value propositions.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and regular follow-ups.What We’re Looking For:Proven track record of selling to the US market (mandatory).Prior experience selling one of the following:Staffing services HR Tech or SaaS to Staffing Companies General B2B SaaS sales experience in the US marketYou’re a go-getter – self-motivated, driven, and target-hungry.Strong communication and storytelling skills – able to pitch to VP/CXO level.Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
