With a growing community of 50,000+ recruiters and presence across 30+ states and union territories, we are committed to bridging employment gaps and enabling organizations to scale faster, smarter, and cost-effectively.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and target potential clients across industries for payroll outsourcing, flexi staffing, and recruitment services.• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, events, and networking.• Conduct client meetings, pitch services, and build strong business relationships.• Understand client requirements and align service offerings accordingly.• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.• Actively visit prospective client locations for face-to-face meetings and presentations.• Represent the company in regional and industry-specific events or expos.• Maintain strong visibility and relationships in the market.• Build and lead a small field sales team in the long term.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Recruitment, Payroll, Operations) to tailor client-specific solutions.• Share market insights and contribute to sales strategy and service enhancement.Requirements:• Proven track record of B2B sales in recruitment and staffing• Strong network of HR decision-makers across industries.• Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings and market coverage.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and ownership mindset.Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA is a plus).• Prior experience of working in payroll outsourcing or staffing companies is highly preferred.What We Offer:• Fixed salary + Lucrative performance-based incentives• Role with high ownership• Freedom to innovate and grow your own client portfolio• Dynamic and supportive team environment• Opportunity to work with a high-impact recruitment tech platform
