We need a deal closer, a brand ambassador, and a revenue-driving machine. Your Mission: LAND US CLIENTS. PERIOD. Secure at least 2 high-value US clients within 6 months. Breakthrough key barriers (competition, vendor lock-ins, internal politics). Travel to the US for in-person meetings to build trust and close deals. Use smart strategies, networking, and deal-making expertise to bring US companies onboard as long term clients. What You will be doing 1. Client Acquisition & US Market Expansion Hunt, pitch, and convert US-based companies into long-term staffing clients. Sell our niche, premium IT staffing solutions to decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads, and Vendor Managers). Strategically break into mid-to-large enterprises (where competition and internal deals are roadblocks). Travel to the US as needed for in-person meetings, trade shows, and networking. 2. High-Stakes Negotiation & Deal Closure Own the full sales cycle - From lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding. Outsmart competition - Navigate corporate politics, internal deals, and procurement challenges. Land high-margin, high-value contracts that ensure repeat business. 3. Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy Stay ahead of market trends, pricing, and competitor tactics. Identify gaps where our specialized staffing solutions beat the competition. Use data, industry insights, and aggressive networking to gain an edge. 4. Revenue Growth & Earning Potential Your earnings are directly tied to success.
