This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tiruppur, with partial work-from-home flexibility. You will lead development efforts across both service projects and product initiatives, mentor junior developers, and work closely with stakeholders to drive high-impact outcomes.We’re looking for someone who is certified, confident in leading teams, and excited about growing with us in a high-risk, high-reward environment that values autonomy and long-term commitment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and VisualforceTranslate business needs into scalable, robust technical architectureOversee AppExchange product features and services-based custom implementationsMentor and guide junior team members in best practices and solution architectureCollaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure timely deliveryTroubleshoot complex issues, perform code reviews, and maintain high-quality standardsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administrationStrong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrationsProven experience in both product (2GP packaging, AppExchange apps) and services (client-facing implementations)Hands-on expertise with Salesforce clouds like Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience CloudSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, etc.)Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldPreferred Add-onsExperience with Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud or Salesforce IndustriesPrevious experience leading agile teams or squadsExposure to high-scale enterprise environments or start-up ecosystems
