We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in accounts and finance, preferably with a commerce background. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records. • Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks. • Manage accounts payable and receivable. • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 for communication and documentation. Qualifications: • Graduation/Post Graduation in Commerce or related field. • Basic knowledge of accounts and finance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
