Our mission is to simplify digital consent, booking, and business compliance for professionals — with powerful automation, analytics, and AI-driven tools.Your MissionWe are looking for a hands-on, strategic CTO to take full ownership of our technical roadmap, scale our infrastructure, and lead all product development efforts across mobile and web.You will collaborate daily with UK-based stakeholders and lead the technology team to deliver reliable, secure, and innovative solutions. You must be comfortable driving forward our capabilities in AI and machine learning, particularly in the areas of automation, document processing, and predictive insights.What You’ll DoLead the architecture and development of our Android, iOS, and web platforms.Build and manage a remote engineering team across multiple time zones.Oversee and maintain 12 codebases across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.Drive our DevOps strategy and deployment processes using AWS and Terraform.Ensure system performance, scalability, and data security.Integrate and scale AI/ML solutions into our platform, including automation and intelligent document workflows.Collaborate closely with the UK team to translate business needs into technical execution.RequirementsProven experience as a CTO, Head of Technology, or Lead Engineer in a SaaS or mobile-first company.Strong hands-on development expertise across React, React Native, Python, Laravel (PHP), and Node.js.Experience building and deploying mobile apps for iOS and Android.Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and deployment at scale using AWS and Terraform.Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and practical experience integrating ML models into production applications.Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate daily with UK-based stakeholders.Nice to HavePrevious work in health-tech, compliance platforms, or regulated industries.Experience with analytics, automation, or AI in a SaaS environment.A strong product mindset and a bias for action in a fast-moving company.Why Join Faces ConsentJoin a profitable, high-growth SaaS business with a strong market presence.Take full ownership of the technology strategy and implementation.Direct impact on product direction and business growth.Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and long-term career potential.
