Job Description - Preparation and Supervision of monthly Financials StatementsFull Coordination with Statutory Auditors for Finalization of Financials (such as Data requirement, Query solution etc.Supervision of Ledger Security and variance analysis, Presentation of MIS to HODs and Management on Monthly Basis.Thorough review of MIS Reporting.Timely preparation of Financials and MIS Reporting, Regulation 52 of Sebi Compliance, Timely preparation of RBI Returns.Compliance of Companies Act, Accounting Standards, IFRS and Ind AS etc.Compliance of Banking Regulation Act 1949.Interested candidate may share their updated CV at ritika.sharma1@
