Position: Engineering Recruiter — US StaffingLocation: Hyderabad (Onsite for Local Candidates) | Remote Option Available for Non-LocalsJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Staffing Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience specializing in Engineering recruitment — including Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing sectors.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, handling candidate queries, salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding coordination.Expertise in recruiting for Engineering roles within the Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing industries.Strong experience working with W2 and Full-Time hiring models.Proficient in diverse sourcing techniques, including headhunting, cold calling, networking platforms, referrals, and internet-based recruitment tools.Skilled in rate and salary negotiations to ensure alignment with both client and candidate expectations.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.Capable of working independently and managing multiple requirements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Accountable for achieving a high submittal-to-interview and interview-to-placement conversion ratio.Ensure adherence to defined Recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining quality and timeliness in all deliverables.Well-versed with Ceipal ATS, job portals and offbeat sources.Skills & Qualifications:Proven ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, target-oriented environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.A proactive and collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.Strong commitment to delivering quality results under tight deadlines.
