Due to rapid expansion in Europe, the company now seeks a new dynamic Business Development Director to significantly increase sales to Fortune 500 companies across Europe.Link to NIIT LinkedIn page - CSOD Implementation consultantJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Compensation Expert with strong expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Serve as a course implementation expert to our primarily partners to help drive our course deployments Understand and apply comprehensive learning operations knowledge to execute effective course deployment strategies to global audiences. Strong and effective in written, verbal, and presentation skills Analyze and provide recommendations to address existing problems. Develops creative solutions in preparation for unforeseen issues. Apply analytical and critical thinking skills quickly and accurately in a high-pressure situation Detail-oriented, data-driven, and customer-focused professional who can pivot priorities based on changing business needs Support our internal community by driving impact through collaborative working relationships Be able to network with, and appropriately identify and involve key internal stakeholders to influence outcomes in cross-functional settings Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working within the context of a new team in the process of building out an operations program Operate independently in fast moving, stressful situations while managing mission critical tasks Anticipate needs before being asked, identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines Provide clear and constant communication and escalate issues in a timely manner Responsibilities: Maintain project plan and complete operational processes and deliverables to help ensure effective, trouble-free e-Learn and in-person course launches to our targeted audiences Actively and effectively partner with L&D Program Managers and SMEs to support new and ongoing course deployments Document and provide course deployment requirements (e.g. reoccurrence) which informs the correct course configurations and assignment of course curriculums Draft and maintain course playbooks, key deployment changes, course requirements, and other standard operating procedure documents Track and report course key metrics and performance measures to key stakeholder as required Drive course impact by leveraging data to implement best practices that increase enrollment, discoverability, and consumption of our learning content Develop and document effective course communication escalation strategies to help drive compliance course completions Provide oversight for e-Learning course maintenance, ILT event management, class session forecasting, group / target audience assignments, and learner enrollments for all assigned programs Prepare and facilitate course quarterly business review meetings with stakeholders Provide course learner support for assigned courses by resolving issues or routing cases to appropriate team members to resolve Work with People Operations, Engineering (Eng), People Insights, and Data teams to root cause potential LMS, reporting, or learner support issues Drive the execution of all learning related audit control testing and support any operational audit initiatives Identify and communicate system and process issues to L&D and make recommendations on programs to drive operational efficienciesNIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
