Responsibilities:End to end Project ManagementUnderstand internal ITSM tools, processes, and solutions to evaluate and share information with business partners.Collaborate with M&A organizations to understand, evaluate, and document current ITSM capabilities.Foster trust and drive results with business partners via relationship management.Review, accept, and prioritize feedback and new requirements from project stakeholders.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met on time.Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leaders.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems or processes.Mandatory Skills:ITSMMandatory Skills Description:Understanding of ITSM processes and procedures.Self-starter with the ability to appropriately assess the need for independent decision-making versus leadership escalationAbility to react to product adjustments and expectations promptly and efficientlyExperience leading end-to-end business requirements gathering processes.Experience working as a project manager leading project calls and managing project details.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
