The General Manager (GM) – Naval MRO is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations for naval platforms, ensuring fleet readiness, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This senior leadership role involves strategic oversight of sustainment programs for naval vessels, including warships, patrol boats, submarines, and auxiliary support vessels. The GM will drive innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization to enhance MRO capabilities and ensure mission success and efficiencies for naval defense clients.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or Engineering) is preferred.Experience: 15+ years in naval MRO, defense sustainment, or ship maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Technical Expertise: Proven experience in managing large-scale MRO operations for naval vessels, including warships, submarines, and patrol boats.
