In this role, you will lead the design, build, and configuration of enterprise applications (such as SAP or equivalent EAM tools) and act as the bridge between engineering and IT teams to ensure optimal asset performance across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications related to asset and maintenance management.Act as the primary functional point of contact for application development and implementation activities.Perform engineering tasks in the domain of instrumentation systems, including field instruments, analyzers, control valves, and control systems.Review and update technical documentation such as instrument datasheets, P&IDs, loop drawings, and narratives.Support the cleansing and structuring of asset-related master data in systems like SAP (e.g., catalog profiles, equipment records).Conduct asset criticality analysis and assist in defining effective asset strategy and maintenance plans.Design and support Preventive, Predictive, and Condition-Based Monitoring programs for critical assets.Prepare and validate data loaders for asset registration and maintenance plans in enterprise systems.Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.Apply knowledge of electrical maintenance for troubleshooting and maintaining HT/LT motors, transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers.Key Skills:Instrumentation Engineering – Hands-on knowledge of sensors, transmitters, analyzers, control systems.Asset Management – Expertise in asset lifecycle management using tools like SAP PM/EAM.Condition Monitoring – Understanding of vibration analysis, thermal monitoring, oil analysis, etc.Functional Consulting – Experience in designing/configuring maintenance systems (preferably SAP).Electrical Systems Knowledge – Basics of HT/LT equipment, motor maintenance, and troubleshooting.Strong communication and documentation skills.Analytical mindset with focus on reliability improvement and data-driven decision making.
