TalentGum has an average Google rating of 4.8/5 and is trusted by 100000+ happy learners across 51+ countries.Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate and experienced Curriculum Developer for Public Speaking, Creative Writing & Communication Excellence to design a structured, age-appropriate, and engaging curriculum for children aged 4-14 years. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how kids learn to express themselves, develop stage confidence, and build communication skills in a fun and interactive way.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop a comprehensive public speaking, creative writing & communication excellence curriculum for different age groups (4–8, 9–11, 12–14).Create detailed lesson plans, activity sheets, project ideas, and presentation exercises.Align curriculum with 21st-century communication skills – confidence, articulation, storytelling, body language, and stage presence.Incorporate gamification, role-playing, interactive assignments, and performance-based assessments.Work with instructors to train them on the curriculum and ensure effective delivery.Continuously evaluate and update the curriculum based on student performance and feedback.Ensure content is aligned with Talent Gum's philosophy: learning should be fun, accessible, and skill-driven.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Theatre, English, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in curriculum development or teaching public speaking to children or teens.Strong understanding of child psychology, age-appropriate pedagogy, and online teaching methods.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creativity in developing engaging content and confidence-building activities.Prior experience in edtech, theatre, speech & drama, or communication coaching is a plus.Nice to Have:Experience with digital content creation (videos, presentations, worksheets).Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Classroom, or LMS platforms.Passion for working with children and building their confidence through skill-based education.Perks:Opportunity to impact thousands of young learners across the globe.Work from Home Health Insurance Join a growing startup backed by passionate educators and entrepreneurs.Salary: 30000 Fixed + 10000 Incentive per month Working Days:Monday - Saturday, Week-off - Sunday Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
