We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building intelligent agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain, with a strong background in prompt engineering, generative AI, and machine learning, including expertise in developing Transformer models.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy intelligent agents using Python and agent-building frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.Implement and optimize generative AI solutions, leveraging prompt engineering to enhance model performance and user interaction.Build, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models, with a focus on Transformer architectures for tasks like NLP, text generation, or multimodal applications.Integrate generative AI models and agents with APIs, databases, and third-party services to create scalable solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into robust technical implementations.Optimize code and models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.Stay updated on advancements in generative AI, agent frameworks, and machine learning, incorporating best practices into development workflows.Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a focus on AI and machine learning.Proven experience building intelligent agents using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.Strong expertise in prompt engineering for generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, or other large language models).Hands-on experience developing and fine-tuning Transformer models for NLP or related tasks.Proficiency in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).Familiarity with integrating AI models into production systems, including API development and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for deploying ML/AI solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred SkillsExperience with multimodal AI models or reinforcement learning.Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) for enhancing agent capabilities.Familiarity with MLOps practices for model monitoring and deployment.Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or a strong GitHub portfolio showcasing agent development and Transformer work.
