This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital content, has a strong aesthetic sense, and can manage client relationships with confidence and charm. You will lead the charge on all things social, from strategy and copy to grids and growth hacks, while coordinating with designers and managing client interactions end-to-end.Key Responsibilities:Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their brand voice, business goals, and communication style.Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for designers, writers, and other internal stakeholders.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client work.Maintain a strong pulse on client satisfaction, proactively resolving issues and aligning expectations.Develop and execute innovative social media strategies tailored to client goals.Create witty, original, and well-crafted content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Visualize and curate cohesive, on-brand grids and aesthetics.Stay updated on trends, reels, and formats.Own social media operations: posting, growth hacks, hashtags, calendars, analytics, engagement, ORM, boosting.Write crisp copy for social posts and short blogs as and when needed.Manage client communications and feedback loops smoothly and professionally.Experience and Skills Required:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media, digital content, or PR roles.Strong command of Instagram and LinkedIn.Impeccable grammar and language skills: this role requires writing without relying on AI tools.Ability to multitask, meet timelines, and maintain high creative standards.Team spirit, people-first mindset, and ease with both clients and internal collaborators.Basic understanding of Meta Ad Manager or performance marketing is a bonus.Educational Qualifications:Graduate or Postgraduate degree.Preference for candidates with backgrounds in Communications, Journalism, Marketing.Working Style:Hybrid setup: 1 - 2 days a week in-office (Gurgaon) or at client sites (across Delhi-NCR) is mandatory.Office Timings: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM; Saturday: Half dayPersonality Fit:Creative yet structuredBold with ideas, humble in collaborationBrings clarity to chaos and a bit of magic to the mundaneSelf-motivated, disciplined, and eager to growCompensation:Competitive and aligned with experience and capabilities.
