Role Summary:Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT industries.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), and other networking channels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment software is a plus.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Required Skills: Naukri, Sourcing, Screening, Recruiting, Head hunting.
