Position description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead, coordinate, and manage various projects while ensuring effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional communication abilities to drive project success.Primary Responsibilities:Program Management: Oversee end-to-end program management in different stages of life cycle, from planning, execution, monitoring, reporting and closure. Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources and outcomes.GAP Analysis : Conduct gap analysis for each assigned program and layout on the table plans around mitigating the GAP towards optimizing the program deliverables and successProcess/Data Mapping & Analysis: Create detailed process/data flow diagrams (BPMN 2.0, Data Flow Diagrams, and SIPOC) to analyze and present observation/highlights of the analysisSolution design: Develop comprehensive solution documents that outline project requirements, technical specifications, and business process models.Product Configuration & Management: Configure and maintain CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) to meet business requirements. Optimize workflows and ensure smooth integration.
