Associate Director – NEET CategoryJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate Director to lead our NEET Category. The role demands full ownership of the category’s growth, profitability, and brand presence, including digital assets like YouTube. You will drive the complete product lifecycle — from strategy and content planning to execution and revenue generation — while working closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Category Ownership & Strategy:Build and lead the overall strategy for the NEET category, including product roadmap, positioning, and differentiation.Own the P&L for the NEET vertical, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share.Define and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new launches, upgrades, and special initiatives.Market Analysis & Insights:Conduct in-depth market research, competition mapping, and consumer insight studies to identify growth opportunities.Translate market dynamics into actionable product and marketing strategies.Content & Product Development:Collaborate with subject matter experts, content creators, and product teams to develop best-in-class offerings aligned to NEET exam patterns.Ensure quality, innovation, and relevance in all educational products, both free and paid.YouTube & Digital Presence Management:Strategically manage and grow the NEET YouTube channel as a major content and lead acquisition platform.Drive content calendars, influencer engagement, channel optimization, subscriber growth, and audience retention metrics.Growth & Revenue Enablement:Define clear growth levers, revenue targets, and KPIs; monitor and optimize for better conversion and retention.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute marketing campaigns and partnerships for user acquisition and revenue growth.Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with marketing, sales, finance, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver seamless execution of category goals.Lead internal reviews, business presentations, and reporting to leadership teams.Vendor & Educator Management:Manage relationships with external vendors, key educators, influencers, and third-party platforms to enhance category offerings.Budget & Financial Management:Build, track, and manage budgets and forecasts; ensure cost efficiencies without compromising on output quality.Skills & Experience Required:7–10 years of experience in Category Management/Product Management, preferably in EdTech, Consumer Tech, or Digital Content sectors.Proven experience in P&L ownership and category growth management.Strong understanding of GTM strategies, digital marketing, and content marketing.Experience in managing YouTube/digital content channels is highly desirable.Exceptional analytical skills; comfort with metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute preferred.
