Your ResponsibilitiesFile monthly and quarterly TDS returns accurately and in compliance with statutory timelines.Handle quarterly reporting for FCRA and non-FCRA funds, ensuring transparency and precision.Review and verify the monthly salary sheet, checking for statutory deductions and compliance adherence.Prepare and share financial reports with donors — aligned to grant requirements, timelines, and formats.Draft and submit Utilization Certificates (UCs) for projects and donor funding.Support internal and external audits by keeping documentation audit-ready at all times.Who You AreA finance professional with 4–6 years of experience in reporting, compliance, or donor finance.Well-versed in TDS filings, FCRA norms, and nonprofit/donor financial reporting.Comfortable working with tools like Tally, Excel, and Zoho Books.Meticulous with documentation, timelines, and checklists — you don’t miss the small stuff.A self-starter who works well independently but knows when to escalate or align.Candidates based in or originally from the Delhi/NCR region are preferred.Preferred QualificationsA degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter or CA is a bonus).Prior experience working in a donor-funded organization or NGO is highly valued.Compensation & Work ModeCTC: ₹10–16 LPA (based on experience and fit)Work Mode: Fully remote
