Core ResponsibilitiesEnsure optimal performance of MBOs across assigned territory.Plan & execute sales strategies to achieve targetsRegular SIS visits to monitor merchandising, VM Execution, staff performance & adherence to brand standards.Drive secondary sales & manage sell through, stock turns.Act as the single point of contact between the brand & distributor.Ensure timely product dispatch, billing & replenishment.Monitor distributor stock levels, ageing & liquidation plans.Ensure compliance on credit terms, outstanding payments & claims.Review & track distributor performance metrics including primary & secondary sales.Conduct monthly/quarterly review meetings with distributors.Share regular market intelligence & consumer feedback for planning future collections.Support in sales forecasting & budgeting for Mbo channel.Coordinate training programs for Mbo staff on product knowledge, VM Standards & customer service.Knowledge and skill setStrong understanding of retail operations in fashion apparels only.Proven ability in distributor management & sales planning.Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills.Data – driven approach with proficiency in MS excel & sales dashboard.Experience6-8 years of experience in Mbo sales operations with exposure to MBO & Distributor models.
