Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson/Business Development professional to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our business locally and contributing to its growth within India. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the automotive cybersecurity market.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in India’s automotive cybersecurity market.Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.Created and delivered compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.Represent VicOne at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and build brand awareness.Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to meet customer requirements.Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance to the sales head.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in automotive cybersecurity.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive or cybersecurity industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong understanding of automotive cybersecurity technologies and standards.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel within India as required.
