Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager- Staff Augmentation (BDM) to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client relationships, and promoting our staffing services (IT) to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment services. Maintain relationship and onboard new vendors for Staffing Find and onboard Habilelabs as Staffing vendor to companies who needs resouces. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers). Understand client staffing needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions. Pitch staffing solutions to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements on time. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a database of prospective clients and sales activities using CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Experience working with India and Overseas customers. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in IT staff Augmentation services. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
