Join our team at HireCouncil as a non-IT Recruiter (multiple positions)Work Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (Remote)About Us:We are a dynamic talent firm that delivers results in the Law, Engineering, Finance, Energy, and Healthcare sectors.Committed to providing an outstanding customer experience, we harness the power of technology to streamline our hiring process.Embark on the exciting journey with us as we strive to be recognized among the elite global talent firms—limitless career growth opportunities await! Responsibilities:Establish and nurture a robust candidate pipeline by effectively utilizing job descriptions and multiple online portals.Conduct comprehensive interviews using both voice and video calls to assess candidate suitability.Evaluate and make informed decisions on candidate qualifications, providing feedback based on thorough resume reviews.Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, fostering positive and responsive communication.Consistently achieve and exceed weekly quotas for both calls and emails to drive proactive recruitment efforts.Qualifications:5+ years of US Recruitment experience is REQUIRED, with a focus on managing Direct Hire positions (Full-Time Requirements).Proven expertise in profile sourcing from LinkedIn Recruiter, conducting X-ray searches, and utilizing other innovative tools for comprehensive candidate discovery.Familiarity with Visa types and Tax terms is a must.Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Experience with Microsoft Office and ATS systems.High-energy, passionate, competitive, and motivated personality.Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Openness to continuous learning and development.Effective Time Management
