About usWe are a dynamic consultancy startup with diverse business interests, including a new logistics company, a growing consultancy firm Dixit Suarez, and an e-commerce platform D'bebé. We are seeking an energetic Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive to develop and implement advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram Ads. The role will involve creating tailored marketing strategies for each of these three business segments, alongside managing and optimizing social media content and engagement.Key Responsibilities:1.Ad Strategy Development & Execution:Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram Ads.Tailor strategies to meet the unique needs of each business area (logistics, consultancy, e-commerce).Create and manage campaigns aimed at achieving business goals such as lead generation, sales conversions, and brand visibility.2.Campaign Management & Optimization:Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across the different ad platforms.Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to ensure optimal performance.Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.3.Social Media Management:Manage and optimize social media profiles across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging posts.Create and curate content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaboration & Strategy Alignment:Work closely with partners, SEO, design and other marketing team members to align ad and social media strategies with broader business goals.Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and social media content.Stay up-to-date with trends in digital advertising and social media to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and social media management.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign and social media performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, social media tools, and analytics.Content Creation: Experience in creating engaging content for various digital platforms.ROI-Driven: Proven experience in running campaigns that deliver measurable results and a strong return on investment.Communication: Strong communication skills to report campaign results and collaborate with various teams.To Apply:Please send your resume hr@
