In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful sales conversions. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships to support the company’s strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT solutions.Conduct business communication and negotiations with potential and existing clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance reports.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in new business development and lead generation within the IT industry.Strong business acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Experience in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.Ability to work independently and manage remote work efficiently.In-depth knowledge of IT industry trends, digital solutions, and emerging technologies.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
