We’re looking for experienced BIM professionals with a strong background in US Multi-Family Residential projects.Location: Remote (WFH)Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (IST) Experience: Minimum 6+ years in VDC/BIM for US multi-family residential projects About the Role: We’re looking for an exceptional VDC/BIM professional with strong experience in US multi-family residential projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in coordination-heavy environments and is confident managing & coordinating the architectural, structural, and MEPF scopes with precision and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality BIM models as per US standards Lead and manage BIM coordination processes Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues proactively Create Revit models from scratch up to LOD 400 Coordinate across architectural, structural & MEP disciplinesRun clash detection and model review using NavisworksCollaborate on BIM 360 for cloud-based project managementCollaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders Communicate clearly and confidently in project meetings and reviews Tools You Must Know: 1) Autodesk Revit 2) Navisworks 3) BIM 360 Perks: 1) Attractive salaries 2) Best-in-class employee benefits 3) Great work-life balance
