Position SummaryVivid India is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Design Project Manager with proven experience in architectural spaces, exhibition stalls, museums, and artwork/mural production. The ideal candidate will bring a robust mix of design coordination, on-site supervision, technical drawing proficiency, and stakeholder management to ensure timely delivery of large-scale creative projects. This role is key to transforming curatorial visions and client briefs into immersive, interactive, and visually stunning spatial experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop detailed design and production timelines, integrating architectural layouts, spatial planning, and artwork/mural fabrication.Translate creative concepts into actionable production strategies aligned with curatorial goals and brand narratives.Technical Design & DocumentationCreate and review production drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Vectorworks.Develop BOQs and supervise material specifications and procurement across fabrication disciplines.Team & Site CoordinationSupervise on-ground installation teams including carpenters, artists, muralists, and technicians.Lead cross-functional communication between internal teams, external vendors, and institutional partners.Quality & Budget ManagementMaintain quality standards through mock-ups, prototyping, and review cycles.Monitor production budgets and vendor deliverables to ensure adherence to scope and cost constraints.Innovation & ResearchStay up-to-date with new materials, display techniques, digital integrations (AR/VR/AV), and international museum design standards.Suggest creative design solutions and techniques for site-specific installations.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design, Design Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in spatial design, exhibition fabrication, or related creative production environments.Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BOQ preparation.Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor production teams and complex creative timelines.Experience with art handling, artwork installation, mural production, and exhibit integration.Desirable SkillsProficiency in software such as Rhino, SketchUp, Vectorworks, or 3D modeling/rendering tools.Experience in AV integration, kinetic installations, or museum-quality mounting systems.Familiarity with material finishes for public exhibitions, galleries, and cultural spaces.Ability to adapt to rapid project cycles and shifting stakeholder needs.How to ApplyInterested candidates should email their CV, cover letter, and a portfolio (highlighting spatial designs, exhibits, murals, or architectural installations) to:
