Job Title

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the start-to-end project execution as per drawings with quality & within time. You will be taking care of site's daily operations and detailing and coordinating site works with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.2. Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.3. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.4. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.5. Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in interior contracting project management.Strong knowledge of turnkey interior contracting principles and practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Candidates must be residents of Kerala.Individuals with the necessary qualifications are welcome to email hr@.
