Job Description

Technical skillsets• Must be a BE (Bachelor of Engineering) (CSC) or BCA graduate with knowledge and applicability of software applications such as python, SQL (Basics) or C#.• Good knowledge in technical writing to document business requirements and processes effectively.• Skilled at procedure development and QA validation.• Experience with Visio for process documentation.• Ability to communicate with business and development teams clearly and effectively, effectively communicating system enhancement requirements and ensuring quality and timely deliverables.• Should possess certification in Python, C# or SQL is desirable.Non-technical skillsProblem Solving• Personnel shall have strong problem-solving skills; strong verbal communication skills including U.S. English; ability to multitask on various duties; and the ability to work in a team environment and help when necessary.• Verify the accuracy of their work and make judgments on applying the established policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and accurate outcome.• Understand that exceptions may occur and will be responsible to analyze various situations, prioritize, escalate, or communicate the action to the manager or designee.• Perform under limited supervision and collaborate with other team members• Build strong relationship with team members, and related department personnel and business partners.• Possess the ability to escalate appropriately to their manager or designee.Analytical Requirements Able to organize work to meet established goals.
