Our mission is to empower students preparing for competitive exams like IIT JEE with personalized support, structured learning paths, and career guidance.Job Overview:We are looking for experienced Academic Counsellors with strong IIT JEE and NEET knowledge to guide and support students enrolled in our programs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience counselling students, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for education.Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospective and enrolled students regarding IIT JEE preparation and PW’s academic programs.Understand student requirements, academic background, and goals to provide personalized guidance.Follow up with students and parents through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.Maintain records of student interactions and track conversions.Work collaboratively with sales, academic, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding.Achieve weekly/monthly counselling and conversion targets.Stay updated with the latest IIT JEE trends, syllabus changes, and student concerns.Key Requirements:Mandatory: Strong understanding of IIT JEE syllabus, structure, and preparation strategies.Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of counselling experience in an EdTech or coaching institute (IIT JEE domain preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in Hindi and English).Empathetic listener with a solution-oriented approach.Comfortable with remote work tools (CRM, Google Meet, Excel, etc.)Self-motivated and target-driven.Perks & Benefits:Work from HomeFlexible working hoursIncentives based on performanceOpportunity to work with India’s fastest-growing EdTech brandHow to Apply:Send your resume with the subject line “Counsellor Application – Pathshala PW” to
