Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented TrueCommerce Integration Specialist / EDI Analyst to manage and support EDI transactions and platform integrations, specifically with TrueCommerce, NetSuite, and Sage 100. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating EDI workflows between suppliers, customers, and internal ERP systems, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and business continuity.Key Responsibilities:  Manage and support EDI integrations through the TrueCommerce platform  Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI connections with trading partners  Ensure accurate and timely data transfer between TrueCommerce and ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage 100)  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Sales, and Accounting to streamline data flows  Configure document types such as 850, 810, 856, 940, and 945 across supported platforms  Create and manage mapping documents, process documentation, and test scenarios  Monitor EDI transactions for errors and ensure prompt resolution  Assist in the setup of new trading partners and EDI workflows  Work with third-party vendors and support teams as neededQualifications:  3+ years of experience with EDI systems and B2B integrations  Hands-on experience with TrueCommerce EDI platform (required)  Proficiency in NetSuite and/or Sage 100 ERP  Strong understanding of common EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT)  Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve data integration issues  Excellent communication and documentation skills  Experience with API/web services is a plusPreferred Skills:  Experience with order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows  Familiarity with 3PL and logistics EDI documents  SQL knowledge or experience working with databases is a bonus  Ability to work independently and manage multiple integration projects
