As the Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with India Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our annual marketing plan for the India and MENA regions. What you will do:· Collaborate with local leadership and the India/COE Marketing team to identify region-specific portfolio marketing focus.· Acquire customer and market insights to help develop the annual India & MENA marketing plan.· Transform ordinary content into extraordinary masterpieces! Create compelling and engaging marketing content that resonates with our audience across various platforms, including email, social media and website.· Take charge of our social media platform content strategy; develop and run a monthly, quarterly, and annual social media content plan that aligns with our overall marketing strategy. · Amplify the social media reach by driving follower growth and engagement through compelling content. Engage with our clients and followers on social media, building a powerful community of brand advocates, establishing our brand as a force to be reckoned with. You'll be regularly tracking and reporting the platform performance.· Stay at the forefront of social media trends, constantly evolving our social media strategy.· Collaborate closely with our superstar sales team and develop effective sales enablement materials – mind-blowing presentations, case studies, and product collaterals - that will empower them to close deals with unrivaled success. · Be the brand guardian, ensuring that all sales enablement materials and marketing collateral are aligned with the brand guidelines.· Support the promotion and execution of digital events, physical conferences, and exhibitions. · Meticulously track ongoing marketing plan performance and proactively share feedback to optimize where appropriate to achieve annual sales goals. What you bring to the table:· 5+ years product/service marketing experience – B2B, B2C. · MBA/MMS/PGDM in Marketing or Mass Communication or equivalent qualification.· Previous experience in corporate education, EdTech, human resources domain will be a plus. · A content strategist with excellent content marketing skills. · Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website. · Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously. · Experience managing digital events, physical conferences and exhibitions will be a plus.· Strong copywriting skills; advanced design and creative review skill set. · Strong English language skills – spoken and written. · Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
