Contract Duration: 06 MonthsEvent location: SingaporeWorking hours: Asia Pacific (flexible)Years of experience in event management: At least 4-8Experience in countries: India, Singapore (preferred), other geographiesMode of Work: Hybrid (majorly WFH but is required to travel overseas for work)Skill sets: Event operations and logisticsF&B planningCommunication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail & flexibilityTime and project managementHospitality and vendor managementEvent negotiation skillsVenue management system skillsJob description: Serve as primary hotel contact for operational program elements, exclusive of accommodationsDesign and deliver event F&B program for global audienceDevise varied and nutritious menus for all meals; ensure vegan, vegetarian options; provide local & sustainable options as availableAllocate and confirm set requirements for program & side meeting needs using BCG Event Manager ToolAttend site visits and pre-consWork with security team to ensure appropriate coverage for meetingProvide content needed for mobile appManage onsite FB and room setup changes, updates directly with hotelGenerate list of meeting room, FB charge backs needed (side meetings, etc)Ensure efficient guest movement during meeting (lunch, breakouts, return to plenary, etc.)Reconcile post meeting hotel invoicing and metrics: FAB, Room checker, session headcounts, FB headcounts, comparisons of BEOSs (incl. and additional staffing charges)Collaborate with Ops lead & Experience Design for signage recommendations/needs
