We're flexible on what the specifics of this could look like for the right candidates - including a possible role that stays part-time/freelance long term.(We prefer candidates that have significant time overlap with European time zones - and at least some overlap with North American time zones).WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:You are an experienced growth marketer who has ideally managed 6 figures a month in user acquisition spend for an established product or app.You're proficient in Facebook ads - and are capable of managing complex, multi-geo, multi-campaign accounts - and interfacing with operations and creative teams to drive performance at scale.You understand marketing analytics - and are able to discuss and report on downstream product metrics, not just advertising platform reported ones.You understand creative strategy & execution - and how this is intertwined with media buying and advertising strategy.You understand the nuances of measurement post-ATT - and are able to implement key measurement strategies for products.You have strong social skills - and are able to communicate strategically, and navigate conversations where hard questions may be asked.You are digitally fluent. Your to-do lists feel finite and manageable. You know and understand project management tools(Trello, Asana etc.), and communication tools like Slack. Grow our clients' business. You will contribute to our clients' growth strategy and tactics, anticipate their needs, and identify new opportunities. You'll develop close relationships with their founders and marketers.2. Grow our business. You will ideate and develop new strategies, expanding our capabilities to address the needs of our clients. You will bring new strategies and ideas to our clients, getting them excited and growing our revenue.3. Collaborate & manage our projects. We expect you to be a leader. The folks that do well on our team are those that care far more deeply about immersing themselves into the craft of marketing than being a part of a hypergrowth company.We're fully remote - and we work mostly asynchronously. We prioritize heads-down, focused time for our team members - and we try to keep meetings to a minimum; which can be very different from the culture of constant in-office and out-of-office interaction that is common in many non-remote companies.We have a writing-heavy culture. We write internal memos, client reports, competitive analyses, SoPs among other documents to make sure we communicate clearly without taking up a lot of synchronous time.
